I am a 63yr old man, usually in good health but passed something like a pebble this morning and have had blood in my urine since and my penis is very sore.Needing to pee often but not much to pass but what does is thick and brown and burns badly.Bill
I suggest to do a urine test to confirm the diagnosis.
If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using a cycle of antibiotics such as Ciprofloxacin twice a day for a week.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the symptoms.
