last night tiny blood clots when I urinated after intercourse... I assumed due to the recent sex and went back to sleep... nothing odd until about 3 pm today when I started urinating blood... I am continuing to see pale red blood when I wipe after I urinate but have no other blood flow ... it is not time for my period and I have noticed some times if I continue to wipe after urination more than once the blood either gets brighter or all together disappears but only comes out when I am peeing or even dribbling I am not sure what to do
1.Your history suggest that possible causes could be - an infective cause / injury in the genital area / Sexually transmitted disease / finally urethral pathology. 2.If you are my patient i would first examine - if there is any thing externally visible cause for bleed. 3.Then ask for a swab from the vagina / urethra - to rule out the infective cause and identify the pathogens. 4.An ultrasound pelvis to rule out pelvic organ causes ( uterus / ovaries / adnexa / urinary bladder) 5.Get an appointment and get it investigated and treated according to the findings.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health. Anything to ask ? do not hesitate. Thank you.
