Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine And Painful Urination

Hello doctor, my boyfriend has been having severe pain while urinating. The Pain is like sharp knife,after drinking plenty of water the pain lightly decreased but then increase again. Now the biggest problem is , few days ago he notice just after he wee he got few drip of sperm coming out . Beside having severe pain only while urinating, he saw few drops of blood in his urination as well as his urination colour is yellowish. Please can you advice urgently. Thank you

Hello,

This is severe urinary tract infection which may be sexually transmitted or other.

In our clinic, I recommend to:
- Consult your primary care physician and take a urine culture report for antibiotic susceptibility.
- Consume more liquids, cranberry sachet, and organic citrus fruits.
- Later prescription of antibiotic, anti-inflammatory drugs and urine alkaliser will support a lot.
- Avoid sexual relations at present.
