Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine And Frequest Urination

Hello, I was wondering what I should do bout my 13 yr old son....he has tiny blood drops IN his urine. His urine is light yellow, with drops of bright red blood between 5-8 drops. Not every time, or every day, just random lately, but its getting more and more frequent. Doctor did a urine test for infection ans all came back negative. We have NO insurance.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear Greetings
Regarding your son's experience with passage of bloody urine and frequent urination I will suggest he has developed one of the following

Bladder outlet obstruction
Renal injury
Urethral injury

In view of this please do the following test
Renal ultrasound
Micturition cystourethrogram

See a paediatric urologist specialist for expert clinical assessment and adequate drug prescription

I hope this helps Regards
