Suggest Treatment For Blood In Urine And Abdominal Pain

This evening I pee'd blood for the first time in my life, I have mild pain in my buttocks almost like a pulled muscle. I have a drone-like charlie horse feeling on my left side from the waste down to my foot. About once every two or three minutes. Its only on my left side except for the muscle pain in my buttocks. if I had to explain the pain during the drone of charlie horse pain i would say it feels like a stomach cramp, pulled groin, charley horse all at once.

Hello,

The most possible reason seems to be calculus in the urinary system with referred pain. We strongly recommend an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis for the definite diagnosis and further management guidelines along with plenty of liquids orally.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
