Suggest Treatment For Blood In The Urine With UTI

I am a 22 Yr old women about 200 Lbs healthy about 5'6-5'7. I have been fighting off a U.T.I for the past week and a half- 2 weeks I thought that it was done because the symptoms went away so I stopped taking the cranberry pills. Then last night I went pee and all of the symptoms came right back after not being there for a day or two. cloudiness of urine, foul smell, painful urination, the feeling of having to pee every few minutes and only peeing a couple drops; it was all there again. Then I noticed that when I wiped it was pinkish and that there was a clot of blood in the toilet or on the tissue after i would pee. I was waiting until today to go to the doctor but now it all seems to have stopped. The pee still smells but thats it. Should I be concerned? Should I wait to see if it comes back to go to the doctor?
