General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Pain in anal or peri-anal area and bleeding from anus is indicative of the following:
Painful bloody stool means there is fissure in ano.
Later there is pain in the left gluteal region indicates spread of infection to have per-anal abscess.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of your Doctor to get started on an appropriate antibiotic, metronidazole, anti-inflammatory medication with painkiller properties.
Get a reference for an opinion, examination by a General surgeon and investigations like MRI to decide the extent of infection and to plan for surgery like incision and drainage as required.
Also take laxatives to have soft stools.
Have Sitz bath in a tub with warm water.
