General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Noted the history and understood the concerns.

Bleeding per rectum, pain in power abdomen, sudden urge to pass stool, pain while sitting on and so on can be due to one of the following reasons:
Hemorrhoid along with inflammation.
Ano-proctitis.
Any other condition causing inflammation of the anus, rectum.
This can be diagnosed well by the following ways:
Consult a Proctologist or a general Surgeon for clinical examination of the area, per-rectal digital palpation and ano-proctoscopy to start with.
Also needs an appointment for Sigmoidoscopy and preferably colonoscopy of whole colon, biopsy and so on.
Tests of stool for three consecutive days.
Relevant tests of blood and urine.
CT scan of abdomen to see for colon diverticuli, mass and so on.
All these will give an appropriate diagnosis so that a proper management can be done.
If there are bleeding hemorrhoids you need a surgery.
Till this occurs take stool softeners.
Plenty of oral fluids.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
General Surgeon
