Suggest Treatment For Blood In Stool

Each time i go to the toilet for a poo i bleed. At first it was just a little bit on the tissue, now it is bleeding during as well and quite a bit as it is all in the toilet.

Today i notice a few clots.

I havent been straining. Is this anything to be worried about or will it just go away?
