Suggest treatment for blood in stool

I have always had trouble with my stool being abnormally large and infrequent and I am going to a doctor to find out why. But recently I have been having very painful stools to the point where I don t want to go and there is a little blood after. Is there a quick more natural method to softening up this stool? I will be getting stool softeners tomorrow but need quick relief. And how do laxatives work? Are they going to make me release everything for a long period of time? Thank you

Hello
I appreciate your concern
you should take plenty of fluids orallywith dietary fiber supplements
Aloe Vera juice and papaya has good laxative property

Any laxative preparation will help you instantly by cleaning up the whole bowel.
You should take lots of fresh fruits and vegetables to increase roughage.

Hope this answers your question
Best wishes
