Suggest Treatment For Blood Filled Bump On The Scrotum
I have a small black bump that looks like a blood blister on my scrotum. I saw it before and accidentally removed it and it bled like crazy. After it was removed, I noticed it started again. I noticed that it seemed to be under the skin and it has now moved and is on top of the skin. Today it started to bleed and I am curious and scared. I would like to know what my next step should be. Should I remove it? Or see a physician?

This is a scary picture that you have noted.
A black blister is a hemangioma and you should not touch it or fondle it as it can bleed like anything.
I would advise you to apply liquid povidone iodine and put a pressure bandage .
Rush to the ER, consult a General Surgeon, get ultrasonography and color doppler done to see the size and get a confirmed diagnosis as it can be very big under the skin.
Get surgery done to remove it completely.
