Last night my belly button was leaking a bloody discharge (no oder ) today there s a red area under my belly button that s very painful to the touch and I have a lot of nausea. Also feel very bloated.

Hello,
Your symptoms may be related to two separate conditions. The discharge and tenderness around the umbilicus could be due to some umbilical infection and needs local management with antiseptics and dressing. systemic antibiotics also may be needed. Bloating and nausea may be related to hormonal surge as you continue to ovulate until menopause even with endometrial ablation and tubal ligation. Please see a specialist for further management. Hope this helps.
