Suggest Treatment For Blocked Nose And Body Aches

Hi, I ve missed periods 8 days passed. I tested on 3rd missed period got negative hpt.. I ve pcos and last two periods was regular to 29 days.. Should I take another pregnancy test.. I ve stuffy blocked cold nose, body ache and cramping, urine irritation as well.

underlying are known to altered menses .

@ Recommendations at present

$ Inhalation of boiled water vapors with added tincture benzoin with
blanket over the head 3 times a day .
$ Tab. tylenol ( 500 ) mg with cetrizine ( 10 ) mg morning and evening
after meals for 2 - 3 days
$ Plenty of liquids orally .
$ Consult later doctor if required .
