Suggest Treatment For Blocked Ears,tinnitus And Runny Nose

Hi, I am currently in the process of quitting cocaine however firstly my ears are blocked/ ringing and it does not seem to be clearing and my nose is now very sensitive to the cold and is constantly running. will these symptoms re leave themselves or should i purchase the stuff u can squirt into your ears for wax?

first of all your ear and nose needs to be examined for presence of wax and nasal block respectively.
I suspect a nasal block , maybe at the level of eustachian tube. use a steroid nasal spray if that's the case. if ear wax is present then only ear drops will help.
