Suggest Treatment For Bloating,cramping And Loose Stools
I am a forty one y/o male. I have been experiencing experiencing bloating, abd cramping and loose stool pretty consistently for the past two wks. I would not say I have had diarrhea but stool has been soft. No n/v/c, afrebrile only med Hx pace-maker 2/2 3rd degree heart block. Is this just IBS?

You have problem of bloting and loose stool from last 2 week.You cannot tell that is irritable bowel syndrom.
For irritable bowel syndrom diagnosis at least 3 month observation of stool costistency and frequency.
More mucus in stool and abdominal bloting problem.
According to your complain you have gastritis problem.
Stool examination test is helpful for diagnose.
If needed than you can do abdominal sonography.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
