Suggest Treatment For Bloating,constipation,backaches

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? I have a 2y 5 mont old daughter, and in August 2009 i got put on the 5 year prevention called Mirena. For the first few months i was having prolem with. Then for the last little while there has been no blood, and now after 20 months complition everything was fine to e extra sure we were using condoms also. Now since 1 week im feeling like almost pregnant again, having symptoms nausea,headache,hungry, bloating,constipation, backaches, blackouts etc. My question is can i still get pregnant on that and not even really know?
