Suggest Treatment For Bloating And Upper Abdominal Pain

Hello! My Dr has refered me to a gastromy surgeon ?? I have severe bloting ~ inflammation in my upper abdomen Pain I do drink vodka daily usually 3 or 4 drinks I have recently lost 75 pounds ~ I can bearly look at food and I get sick ! If I will vomit about 2 hours later ?

The possible reason here is alcohol induced gastritis , ulcer stomach or duodenum with or without liver problems.

The primary working tips for your case are:
- Stop further consumption of vodka
- Dietary care with particular food preference for easily digestible items
- Prescription of proton pump inhibitor with antacid is beneficial
- Discuss need of ultrasound and upper GI endoscopy with your doctor

Hello,

Alcoholic gastritis or alcoholic hepatitis or liver cell failure may be able to cause your symptoms. Stop drinking alcohol which may further damage to your liver, Avoid spicy food and smoking.

Use tablet Pantoprazole before breakfast for one week. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor so that he/she will examine and treat you accordingly.
