Hi...
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it seems like Burning Mouth Syndrome secondary to fungal infection and there is inflammation of the mucosal surfaces inside mouth along with formation of Canker Sores..
You should consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and for fungal infection antifungal medicines like Nystatin mouthwash, clotrimazole lozenges and taking more of Probiotics like Yoghurt and Garlic can be advised to you..
For Burning Mouth gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine, take Anti-inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen, take Multivitamin supplements, sick ice pops and do cold water gargles..
Chew sugar free chewing gum to stimulate saliva flow and drink plenty of water..
Avoid spicy food and maintain a good Oral hygiene..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
