Diabetologist 's  Response
Dear sir i can understand your concern
in my opinion you might be having problems with nerves which is called as diabetic neuropathy
in his condition there will be reduction of pain perception in the foot
this condition will make you prone for blisters, foot ulcer and foot pressure analysis.
the best solution for this problem is to
check for foot pressure analysis and footwear modification.
its advisable to meet a podiatrist,he will help you in designing good footwear which will exactly fit your foot and reduces pressure points.
regards
