Suggest Treatment For Blister In Mouth After Tonsillectomy

my son had a tonsillectomy last Friday October 3rd, today he has what appears to be a blister across the roof of his mouth, and the side of his tounge has a section that looks like the top layer has peeled off. It is very painful for him and he doesn t want to eat or drink. what can I do?

Hello,
These are ulcerations either due to inadequate nutrition after surgery or due to mouth dryness. Gargle with Tantum Verde mouth wash before and after food and apply Tricort oral gel on the ulcers.
