Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Varicose Veins In Mouth

Three years ago, my Wife had bleeding around her mouth and she was spitting out blood. We went to a dental specialist who diagnosed it as bleeding varicose veins (spider veins). He said no treatment was necessary unless she bled profusely; then the alternative would be cauterisation. The bleeding stopped after some days.
Now it has started again and it has been more than a weak thought it bleeds intermittently.
How can we stop the bleeding?

Hi..
Thanks for the query..

Varicose veins are small clusters of enlarged, entangled veins that can bleed on spontaneously and the same seems to be the cause in your case..

In such cases the Physician can give injection of Sclerosing agents like Sodium Tetradecyl..
At times surgical removal of bleeding vein can be done..
Cauterisation is an important procedure that is commonly employed..
At times pressure dressing can also be effective in reducing bleeding..

Hope this helps..

Regards.
