Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Hemorrhoids

I have bleeding hemorrhoids no pain. Diet is good. I noticed that the foul fishy smelling order from the rectum seems to come after I have tub baths. When I do not bath in the tub I usually do not develop this order. I keep the tub clean and sanitized. What can I do to eliminate this horrible loud smelling order. It is really real bad. The doctor said he does not know what it is. I m very clean and I dislike this horrible fishy order from the rectum. Please help.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
The cause of fishy odor from the rectum is indicative of an ulcer or cancer or infected wound which increases on bath in a tub.
I would advise you the following:
Colonoscopy, biopsy, ct scan and further treatment as per the reports.
Please do not take this lightly.
Get a proper diagnosis.
