injury to the ear like she must have used hairpins to remove the wax in her ear which could have injured resulted in bleeding. other possibility must be a middle
ear infection in this case the discharge will be pus or clear fluid. It is hard to tell the exact cause of bleeding from the ear from the details provided above.
my suggestion will be is to
consult a ENT specialist. her ear need to be examined to see if the bleeding is coming from the Wall or the ear drum.
If she has no other issues and the bleeding has stopped just need to take anti-biotic ear drops
ciprofloxacin ear drops 2 drops trice daily for 5 days will do.
