Suggest Treatment For Bleeding From Ear Due To Rupture Of Ear Drum

I believe I have strep throat for 3 days and I had severe pain and the eardrum ruptured 19 hours ago. It is still draining blood and I am going to take my second dose of the z-pac I have on hand. I also have a hill type scar on the eardrum from a graft from cartledge from behind my ear when I was young ( myringoplasity) the otoscope shows the tear to be away from the hill scar. I was wondering how long it will take to stop bleeding? I also have been treating Lyme disease using ozone saunas and ozone in the ears to help the brain fog and neurolyme problems. Is azithromycin 500mg okay to be on for 5 days?

hello,thanks for ur query, post myringoplasty in childhood, re infection or fresh infection with perforation should be evaluated by ent surgeon,azithromycin may not be sufficient ,u may require ear cleaning,assessment of graft , ear drops and oral antibiotics.i feel its not blood ,3days is enough to produce pus.all d best.take care.
