Suggest Treatment For Bleeding Boil On Inner Hip

I have a boil on my inner hip and it has been treated with magnesium sulphate 58 %, urea 1 %, sulphacetamide sodium 2.5 % cream called su-mag and antibiotic powder and pain killers. That boil started bleeding today after two days of treatment. Will it continue bleeding? Can I go to work? I mean if it bleeds too much it may stain my pants at work. And is it ok for boils to bleed? Please help.

Dermatologist 's  Response
Most likely the boil has ruptured due to trauma and is bleeding. This happens many times. However do visit a dermatologist just to make sure. Also it you have severe pain then you should also be on oral antibiotics
