Suggest Treatment For Bladder Issues

I am 47 and have had a history of uterine polyps which were removed in 2008. I am currently having a bladder issue. (since June). I have been on 3 antibiotics, 4 trips to dr.office and 2 trips to urologist. Uro said he thought OAB but I dont have troubles holding in it, its the pressure and pain. Have had an ultrasound of bladder, uterus and ovaries which came back fine. Still having cramping pain in my lower abdomen and spotting brown blood when I wipe and what feels like menstrual cramps.

Urologist 's  Response
well, with cramping abdominal pain and spotting, u r more likely to hv menstrual abnormality. Consult gynecologist. Take spasmoproxyvon or drotaverine to reduce pain.
But u may be suffering from interstitial cystitis or OAB.
U need lifestyle changes like decreased intake of fluids to 2.5 litres per day approx., avoid coffee, tea, smoking. Void regularly at 2 hourly interval.
Try Solifenacin or Tolterodine. Intravesical installation with DMSO may prove useful.
If these fail, intravesical botulinum injection will be useful.
