Urologist 's  Response
The bladder control drugs including vesicare belongs to a group of drugs called anticholinergics. All the anticholinergics have effect on the heart and blood vessels to some extent or the other. Hence if your doctor says you are unsuitable for these drugs then please see a urologist who might want to consider the next line of treatment which might include surgery.
