Suggest Treatment For Blackheads On The Nose

I had lot of blackheads on my nose, on got it removed all at once , it was a lot of pain to take and now my nose has swelled, its red since one and a half day now and i have applied ice quite a few times till now but the slight swelling and redness is not going. Please tell me what to do?

Hi.
As per your case history of black heads on nose, my treatment advice is -
1. Avoid sun exposure and use a good sunscreen lotion with spf more than 30.
2. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
3. Use a deep cleansing face wash like Acwash twice daily and a good cleansing lotion once at night.
4. Apply a tretinoin 0.025% cream once at night on black heads.
