I have a black small lump in my lower lip, and one very small, not a lump just the color is there. I just had 8 teeth pulled on my uppers 3 weeks ago, wondered if it could be a blood blister. I smoke also and have for many many years. Wondering about a cancer issuejepsentoni

Hi. One thing common on lip is venous lake. Its a small dilatation of blood vessels. It should be soft and compressible (means on pressure, it reduces in size and comes back on relieving pressure). Venous lake can be left as such or can be treated with electrocautery. Hope in answers your queries
