Suggest Treatment For Black Discoloration Of Scrotal Sac

HI, my name is mohammed and someone i know spilled liquid clotrimazole on his lower extremedies. he used it for masturbation. when he spilled it, he wiped it up with a towel, then went to the tub and washed with water. but the effect didnt go away, the next day he sweated a lot of it off in his under garment. his sack now constantly changes texture, and is black. what can he do to fix his situation and will it effect his sperm at all

This contact dermatitis to clotrimazole- is not going to affect the sperm production and sex function in You.
