Suggest Treatment For Bipolar Disorder With Anxiety And Rapid Heart Rate

I suffer from bipolar disorder. I manage well for the most part. lately I am feeling high levels of anxiety, and very depressed. Acute feeling of dread and headaches. My mid races and My heart is beating very rapidly and I get very weak. I have a lack of motivation to do anything when for the past few months I am not stop on the go and love it. Should I be be worried I m about to have an episode? I am not having suicidal thoughts like I usually do with a really depressive episode. thats good. But I have been doing very well for a while and I am just not well right now.
