General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Close monitoring is required. If renal function test( urea and creatinine) is increasing, a stent may be required. In severe cases, kidney transplantation may be the only option. Consult a urologist and he will direct you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
