Suggest Treatment For Bilateral Arm Rash

App 3 days ago I developed bilateral arm rash. It looks more like a sunburn or when you come out of a hot shower. Slightly on my back also. It also appears to have darker spa and warm to touch. I was given 2 cc s of solute droll and it cleared up after a few hours. Today during a meeting I could feel it coming on again. My Coworker a doc, thinks it s my nerves. Never had this before tho. Your thoughts?

Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello, rather than being a sunburn, it can be a contact dermatitis to some agent like lotion, soap, fragrance etc.
I would adv you to consult a dermatologist for evaluation (and not just a physician) and appropriate management accordingly.
For the time being, you take tab Levosiz 5 mg at bedtime and apply dermocalm lotion on the lesions twice daily
Thanks
Take care
