Hello

Findings suggests scarring(fibrosis) in apical region of both lungs. It may be due to past healed infection.Fibrosis and calcification indicate healed past infection.
However other causes may be occupation related etc.
It is not a serious finding and patient usually doesn't require any treatment for it.
It is a benign finding.

Atherosclerotic calcification is also age related finding. It is more seen in hypertensive, diabetic patient.

Get well soon.
Take Care
