Suggest Treatment For Below MRI Scan Report

I have been feeling Acute burning Sensation in Hips, theighs, Legs, feet etc. for the Last more than a Year. On detailed Investigation through series of Digital X-rays followed by M.R.I is suggestive of Denegenerative changes in L-4 & L-5 Portion and mild aropathy seen between L-5 & S-1.Treatment by Allopathy, Homeopathy, Phyiso- Therapy have not been worth enough to provide considerable relief.
