Suggest Treatment For Being Addicted To Eating Ice Cubes

Good day Doctor I think im addicted to grandpa headache powders. I go through a nox of 38 in two weeks. And then i just nuy more. Also im addicted to ice. In the morning when i get ready for work i go go through 4 ice trays. When i get home from work, i start eating ice like crazy. Up until i go to bed by 10:30pm. Which causes me to wake up during the night to go to the bathroom. Please help me!!

Hello,

You have a history of eating ice cubes.

1. Eating Ice cubes will only cause to harm your teeth, enamel & help you lose your awesome smile.
2. It will cause your teeth to get chipped, cracked, sore jaw muscles in long run along with infected gums & bad breath.
3. These dental problems will lead to loss of weight & anemia as you will neglect to take nutritious food. Take nutritious food(rich in iron, calcium, protein & minerals), stay healthy.
4. Take some snacks, fruits or juice whenever you have an urge to eat ice cubes.

Stay away from stress, tension & anxiety. Reduce gradually your daily ice cube intake & finally aim at stopping to eat ice cubes.

Don't encourage yourself to go to toilet at night; it will not only cause disordered sleep patterns but may also trigger incontinence in the long run if you do not control from now.

Take multivitamin capsules once daily. Visit a gym, exercise, switch on to healthy lifestyle.
