Suggest Treatment For Balanitis And Fusion Of Foreskin To Penis Head

Hi,Good day,
I am a 40yr old male and I have been having this discomfort for about 3yrs which has gotten worst to date. I have visited 3 different doctors one a specialist and two were family doctor, two of which suggest that I be circumcised. I have no problem with that...my concern is that my balanitis got a little worse in that 70% of my foreskin has stuck and fused to my gland or head of the penis so now 70% horizontally of the circumference of the penis head cannot be seen and the foreskin has fused to the head about 20% up or vertically..I hope this explanation does justice and gives a proper visual image. So the point where the penis head joins the shaft there is a little.......Ok....I found this diagram...from the Frenulum around to the Sulcus 70% of that ridge is now missing...the fused foreskin makes my sulcus to my Frenulum appear non existent...only about 30% of that ridge can be seen with extreme care when trying to pull the foreskin back to clean...so there is also a lot of phimosis and scaring tissue also.So I was wondering should I be treated first for the balanitis problem before the circumcision takes place...because when I look at a normal circumcision..I wonder what problem will the fused foreskin cause to the operation procedure...Thanks for any help or suggestions because....in my opinion the doctors seem not to treat my concerns or problem but just quoting me a price for the surgery..I know they want their money but they are not reassuring me of success with the procedure given my concerns.I tried to take a picture of my penis I hope this may help.Image attached.Thanking you in advance for your assistance or suggestions.

thank you for posting your query in healthcaremagic.com....

well you have very elaborately described your problem and that makes things much more easier to understand and decide treatment plans...
thank you for that...

now, having balanitis for 3years and not getting it sured is a big problem itself...you should have got it cured by now by means of medication...anyways as of now it looks like the best option would be circumcision....the doctor will give you some antibiotics and other medications to control the ongoing and further infection and then the surgical procedure can be performed...as far aa the adhesions are concerned, they can be effectively managed and the circumcision should not be difficult....following that you may need some more medicine coverage and few days rest before you get back to your work...

dont worry....its still a minor surgical procedure....

hope this was helpful....
regards
