Suggest Treatment For Bad Cough

Have a bad cough for over 4 weeks, persistent coughing up mucus and blowing nose also with constant green/yellow mucus. Seems to be getting worse and keeping me up most nights, pain in nose cheeks and Head and blocked and runny nose. Suffer with hay f ever but never had this only ever had itchy mouth and eyes and a runny nose before (clear liquid) help!
