Suggest Treatment For Bad Breath.

hi Dr sumit bhatti.please i have a very bad breath which sometimes some one thing comes out of my mouth ,and it smells so bad like poo. i believe this is not from teeth or tounge. is there any specialist u can refer me to ,so i could get cured.the bad breath is even costing me my job. please

thanks for your query, i have gone through your query. the halitosis or bad breath commonly occurs because of the gum infection, decayed teeth, food lodgement, fissured tongue, pus discharge from an abscess secondary to tooth infection. it can also occur secondary to respiratory tract infection, gastrointestinal disorders, diabetes etc. so consult a oral physician to rule out all oral causes and the systemic diseases. you can get your teeth cleaned and maintain good oral hygiene. i hope my answer will help you. take care.
