General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi, I understand your query. * The white piece from your infected vagina was nothing but the debris containing -destroyed tissue produced by bacterial infection+ few pus cells, bacterias both alive & dead. In a bath tub/ swimming pool the vaginal containts are freely in contact with water- though getting a good vaginal wash it also carries risk of spreading infection to others. * You should get your vaginal swab culture & sensitivity testing done - this will point out effective antibiotics. A physical check up by a gynecologist Followed by full course of suitable & effective antibiotic in proper dose/duration would help0. Thanks.
