Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

i am 38yrs female. 1 am 5'3" and my weight is 57kgs. i have pain in my lower back for last 1 year.my mri findings are a)diffuse disc bulge and thickened ligamentum flavum at L5- S1 impinging on thecal sac
b)left postero-lateral disc bulge at L3-4 mildly compromising left neural canal

Well come to HCM
The MRI could be suggestive of degenerative disease of spine and in my opinion this can be best treated with complete bed rest for 4 to 6 weak and physiotherapy would be much helpful rather than the medicines, hope this helps.
