Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Dear Dr.
I am 33 yrs man. i have low back pain form the last 4 yrs. last year x-ray report REDUCED GAP BETWEEN L1 AND L2. now my problem 1) always feel the back pain 2) after a long time 2/3hrs sitting work i can not stand straight, after few minutes i can stand straight. 3) from the last 3 weeks i feel low seances in my right legs big two to ankle and the odd feelings up to hip. pls help.

Hi,
You might be having spondilitis of lumbar spines giving pinched nerve pain.
Go for physiotherapy and short way diathermy.
Do regular back extension exercise daily.
Avoid weight lifting.
Use hard bed to sleep.
Ok and take care.
