Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

haii sir,,im 25 year old,havinga height of 174 cm and weight of 64 kg have a back pain caused while working in gymnasium.it was a m

ild pain iniatially and occured 5 years back.Gradually it increased and radiating pain occured to my left thigh and to left hip.reports show its due to buldging of disc L5-S1 and affecting sciatic nerve.i have under gone so many treatments.but not been cured yet.doctors suggested surjery ,even they are not confident.pls tell a suggestion other than surgery and side effects of surjery.Waiting for your keen reply

The pain while exercising I likely to be a muscular pain. You need good muscle relaxants, rest and a hot fomentation in the area of pain. Physiotherapy will also help.
