Suggest Treatment For Back Pain

Hey, I have this back pain that I've had for a couple months. The pain is located in the center of my upper back. I only feel pain when i stand or walk for about 4 to 5 hours. Stretching and heating the area gives me temporary relief. I started stretching only a couple days ago and I feel like its has helped a little but I am not too sure.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand you concerns.

All your symptoms suggest vertebral column arthritis. Arthritis is the inflammation of the joints and vertebrae.
To treat this condition you can take non steroidal anti inflammatory medications such as Meloxicam.

A fibrinogen test, ct scan and a complete blood count are necessary for the diagnosis.

Consult your neurologist.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
