Suggest Treatment For Back Pain With Numbness In The Leg

MRI showed T11-T12 mild defuse annular bulge with disk desiccation. mild right aide protrusion w/o central canal stenosis or narrowing also L5-S1 mild diffuse disk desiccation loss of height w diffuse protrusion minimal bilateral neural final narrowing no stenosis or nerve impingement . Have severe low back pain with numbness and pain to left leg after I tripped and fell what does this mean??

Conservative treatment in the form of rest in bed
Medication & Physiotherspy for three weeks. If symptoms continue or recur surgical decompression like Laminectomy with discectomy may help
