Suggest Treatment For Back Pain While Having Acid Reflux
I have pain seems like in the middle of my back. It is very uncomfortable to lie down because its painful on my back and I can t seem to find a comfort spot. I also have acid reflux and gastritis. But, for the last two nights it is very uncomfortable and I can t sleep.

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopaedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out spine related problems like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
