Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely due nerve root compression which can be a result of osteochondrosis or intervertebral disc herniation.A physical examination with an Orthopedician will give clue for that and an X ray followed by MRI might be needed to confirm it.For my patients with such cases i treat with NSAIDs like Aceclofenac muscle relaxants like thiocolchicoside and neurotropic drugs.I also recommend them to do muscle strengthening exercise and send them to Physiotherapy along with this.If no improvement with this or if there is severe nerve root compression then a surgical correction can be considered.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
