Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Due To Mild Anterolisthesis

I had an Xray for my back pain last week..I have mild anterolisthesis of L3 and L4. ALso, mild left lateral subluxation at that level. Who should I see. MY PCP is sending me to a spine specialist who cannot see me for another 10 days...the pain is everyday and I am miserable. ??

Often times, physical therapy and pain management for epidural steroid injections are suggested.

If there is no improvement, surgery (lumbar fusion) can be offered.
