Suggest Treatment For Back Pain Between The Shoulder Blades In A 63 Year Old Woman

I am a 63 year old women in great shape and do not smoke. Since yesterday afternoon I have had back pain in the middle of my back between the shoulder blades. I do not feel like I am light headed or short of breath but the back pain seems to not go away. I do not recall lifting or moving anything heavy in the last few days.

I really appreciate your concern, such back pain could be due to muscular spasm and it may be due to poor posture in my opinion it can be well managed with Tab Chlorzoxazone with Diclofenac once in day, for safe side EKG is advisable hope this information helps.
