Suggest Treatment For Back Pain And Breathing Difficulty
I have a sharp middle left back pain. Hard to take a deep breath. Can t move very well without it Hurting. Feels like a back rib muscle was pulled. While I was working around the house, I went down onto a knee and felt I had hurt my neck. In a couple hours it seemed to clear up. Went to bed and woke up three hours later with a sharp pain in my back

u shud take a pain killer along with the anti spasmodis probably thiocolchiside which works best for back muscles. take hot fomentations too
